From the Desk of Wu Xiao Ling

Initially I have no thoughts of being involved in manning as I have an Accountancy background and wanted pursue my dreams to be a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

But due to life experiences and naturally because of business, I opted to work towards this job. Gradually I realized the joy in meeting my customers regularly and make efforts to resolve any challenges along the way. I also enjoy interacting with our seafarers and to provide for them whenever needed. I am glad to be in Team Singhai; coordinating and ensuring smooth communications between my customers and seafarers. I am glad to serve to make all happy. We value our achievements by serving with H.E.A.R.T.

In today’s competitive manning industry – “Quality” is of utmost importance and we have proved ourselves as being one of the leading organizations in this field. We continue to focus on high quality service, which can be confirmed by our principal’s satisfaction index and we take additional efforts to be better with time. All of us know that a satisfied customer is key to success of any service provider.

We have to focus on the three big Cares. Care for our Clients, our Seafarers and our Colleagues.

Care for our Clients: ensure crewing needs are met in an efficient and effective manner. Service with a smile. Care for our Seafarers: ensure that their well-being and training needs are taken care of during their tenure on board and when on vacation. Care for our Colleagues: ensure a balanced work-life, respect for one another, and the best working environment for them to achieve their goals.

Singhai Marine Services has evolved from a small team to a medium size enterprise, we thrive to grow our business by further improving the quality of service and customer satisfaction. This is more than just a job!

Finally I want to extend my appreciation and gratitude to each member of the “Singhai Family” (team ashore and on board), and foremost our Customers for their support and faith in us. (WSL)

In this feature, our Director, Ms Wu Xiao Ling has a succinct message for us – the three big Cares. It’s a simple sum game. Make efforts in caring and meeting their needs. Moreover working in the Service industry is more than just a job!
